Organizing Experts Moving Information

Organizing Experts will provide the following to insure that you experience a smooth and organized move. 

1. A timeline will be created for you with detailed check-lists of what needs to be done between now and moving day.
    

2. We will secure three bids from local movers so you can choose the mover that best meets your needs.
    

3. We will obtain packing boxes, paper, packing tape and bubble wrap  for packing between now and your move date.
    

4. We will provide change of address forms and check-lists of people and companies to contact.
    

5. We will begin packing infrequently used items one month before your move date and create a color-coded labeling system for each room.
    

6. We will meet with you at your new home to discuss furniture placement for the movers.

 

On the date of your move Organizing Experts will: 

1. Locate at your new home to direct the movers where to place boxes and furniture
    

2. Unpack the kitchen on move day and make all beds

The day (or days) after your move Organizing Experts will: 

1. Unpack all boxes and organize your new home according to your directions and plan
    

2. Arrange for all boxes and packing paper to be removed
